Truly a BUDGET hotel with excellent amenities, clean, but everything is very old and banged up furniture, TV ok but small, bed was great, sink stopped up, kinda like a camp ground hotel with some nice towels and bed, but rustic! Everything advertised was preset but the condition of the doors, rooms, furniture, floors, and ambiance was old and almost uncontrollable. Price ras cheap and accurately reinforced you get what you pay for.

The breakfast was fantastic and fresh. I did not use the swimming pool or hot tub only because I didn't have a lot of time I came in Friday afternoon and left Sunday and because I was down visiting my nephew at his college the IU college I didn't want to spend time at the swimming pool or hot tub so I can't give you a review on that but otherwise it was fantastic.

Floor in room was sticky, toilet did not flush paper down on first flush and always needed a second flush. Biggest issue was that the exterior door at end of hall (which should have required a key to enter) did not actually close all the way. We found it open more than once, so anyone could have entered the hotel at anytime without a key.
