We had a terrible stay. When we arrived there were people that appeared to be very intoxicated hanging around the main entrance. Our room was located next to the office and we could hear everything going on in the lobby for two days. The intoxicated people moved inside and were loud and obnoxious and it seemed to be normal because it went on go over an hour and nothing was being done about it. I had my wife and two daughters ages 8 and 10 were with me. They were scared. If that wasn’t bad enough we found a roach in the bathroom and the room was very dirty. The reason why it took me so long to make a complaint was the fact that I found a roach in my house today and we have never had roaches nor stayed anywhere else. I would not recommend this facility to anyone

The room had empty pop liquor and cans behind the door and under the couch, as well as a stale smell when we arrived. The bed was made, but looked like someone took a nap on it.

Very Unhappy Customer!
Absolutely aweful! Started with the pool closing before 8pm when that was the whole reason I booked that hotel was so the kids can swim that night. Service at the counter was presumptuous and processed my credit card before I got there. I was going to use a different card than I reserved the room on. We got to our room and it looked like someone slept in one of the beds. Indent on the pillow and all the way down the bed like there was a body there. Someone used the shower and hung their towel on the back of the door. I didn’t complain that night bcuz I was so tired, I needed sleep. Our toilet stopped flushing in the middle of the night when my son used it. It wasn’t clogged either. The lever didn’t provide any kind of a flush: We barely had any towels or wash clothes. And only soap for the sink and not the shower. Made me question what else was not clean and used by someone already! I spoke to Kenna at the front desk and he informed me that they have been having issues with someone using the rooms unauthorized and he knew who. I expect a phone call and some accommodation ASAP!

The place had a terrible ac in the room The breakfast was all Walmart brand food with gallons of milk and juice for everyone to share The doors did not lock in the hallways And the pool was unusable due to staff having family members in there The bed did not have a bed bug protector nor a fitted sheet

When lifting the top cover in the bed there was a large stain on the mattress cover . How that can be used again after washing is unacceptable. I brushed off the bed sheets before I could even sleep. Tv remote was dirty, it felt sticky.

Upon check in, I noticed that the bedding in both of my rooms was dirty (hair, crumbs, stains). The hallways and rooms also smelled awful - a combination of smoke and who knows what else. I immediately went to the front desk to request a refund. I was given a partial refund (I think, I wasn't offered a receipt). Do not recommend whatsoever.

We checked in about 7pm, had to drop our things in room and leave right away. Came back about 11pm, to find dirty floors with flies laying around, dorty bathtub with other peoples hairs and dirt ring, bed with stained bedding. Man from desk came and cleaned tub, gave us bedding, we made our own bed. Then next day we decide to stay niggt 2 rsther tgsn find another plsce. At 11am water was cut off by repair worker tgey hired and still not back on at 4pm now. Livid as this is no way for a businrss to operate. The dont fulfill their end of providing what is paid for.
