this was a return stay for us we loved it 7 years ago and it does not disappoint-great location and great customer support. We would recommend this place again to anyone.

Great location.

The hotel was perfectly located, excellent staff and amenities. The only thing I took issue with was that when booking I selected Xcover insurance under the proviso I could cancel the insurance for full refund right up to 8th July. I sent an email on 1st July advising my intent to cancel the insurance, I heard nothing….. I sent at least 3 follow up emails asking for assistance in order to cancel before the 8th July. I have still not heard anything. I felt I was mislead with the ability to cancel this insurance when it was offered/sold by Expedia. I have a copy of all my attempts to contact XCover if you would like to look into it.

Great location, service and environment

Overall it's ok, if it’s just one person and ur not expecting a restaurant attached. Rooms are small and the generous sized bed takes up 80% of the room. The bed is pressed against the wall( so if u got company they have to jump over u). Very limited food options.Expect to go else where if ur hungry. Other than that. Beds clean, comfy, staff are good , its very central to everything (on top of Wynyard station) and oddly very quiet. great for a night any longer would be a stretch

great customer service & loved the free bike rentals to get around!!
