All good!

I checked in after a couple who walked in with a couple of large hairy dogs, and I know this is a new thing that hotels allow dogs, and was worried the room would smell like dogs, but was relieved that was a very clean room with no dog smell! The bed was comfy, breakfast was great, staff was friendly and helpful. Would probably stay here again. It was located away from road noise, but wish it would have been a closer walk to downtown, as you have to cross a 4-lane highway to walk to town.

Im not sure if the error was on expedia’s end or the hotel(pretty sure it was expedia) but the room I booked was not the room given. Be careful, don’t go by the pictures. The heat/ac was broken so the fan had no ability to stay on. There was no other fan so the air was dead still. There were only two drawers for storage in a room with 2 king beds. We had to live out of our suitcases for the entire time. The noise was insane, which isn’t a crazy deal, but the hotel clerks went straight to wanting to kick people out for minor infractions so we didn’t push the point. No reason to ruin someone’s trip because they are a little noisy, especially in the daytime. The shower curtain rod was broken. The only staff member that was courteous was Ashley, she was delightful, the gentleman that work there are very rude. We ended up leaving 2 days early and had to eat the cost of the 2 nights. We just wanted out.
