My family and I enjoyed our stay.The staff was wonderful and and welcoming 😊 we really enjoyed the aesthetics of the room and made you feel like you were in a cabin. I will definitely book again wwelcoming.

Well first of all my husband went in to use the toilet and lifted up the lid and it fell off. The tv changer didn’t work unless you stood right in front of the tv. The light on the table had no knob to turn off/on so it had to be plugged in and out. The carpet along the baseboards were filthy. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal, plain bagels, one variety of yogurt, wrapped muffins and so so tasting juice.
This was the condition of the lampshade on the lamp that had to be plugged in/out to use.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Location is very good. The beds are not bad but linens and bathrooms need an urgent update. Breakfast could be much better with little effort / $ .

The room was in good condition but it was dusty and dirty. The baseboards and floor corners obviously weren’t cleaned nor the trim ledges dusted. Because it was dirty, it made me wonder if the sheets and pillowcases were actually laundered. That doesn’t feel good. This was my second time staying here but I will reconsider on my next visit.

We have a very comfortable stay at Reid Ridge Lodge! The rooms were clean and quiet, the staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was a nice bonus. We absolutely loved the location and would stay here again.

Although the room was quaint and lended itself to the weekend in the mountains vibe, the smell of odorban cleaner was so strong it burned our lungs and triggered an asthma attack! We were unable to stay even after propping open the window and running the AC.

I liked how cozy it felt. It’s a basic hotel that has the necessities. The bed was cozy. The bathrooms were iffy but okay. The room smelt musty when I first entered but once the air was on it was better. When checking out, I didn’t know what to do since there was nobody at the front desk and I waited two hours till I finally had to go and just left my key up front hoping for the best. Overall the hotel was good and I’d come back.
