Great little apartment with everything we needed. 10 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to walk to the lake. It had a small kitchen with a fridge and hob. Free tea and coffee was also provided.

Exemplary service, wonderful team. Felt thoroughly spoiled from the pick up at the airport to the last moments. Japanese restaurant on the property an absolute must.

När vi kom till Hotellet så funkade ej kodlåset och ägaren sa att vi ej kunde bo där och avbokade vårt rum. Bästa Hotells.com bokade om oss till ett annat hotell.

First class in every respect.

We stayed at Jiva Hill for just one night, but by the time we checked out, we were already talking about coming back. Everything about our stay was flawless. We were incredibly lucky with beautiful weather, which meant we could really appreciate the wonderful setting, the views and the golf course. It feels peaceful and removed from the city, yet the location is remarkably convenient, around 15 minutes from Geneva Airport and approximately 30 minutes from central Geneva. What impressed us most, though, was that the five-star experience goes far beyond the facilities. The hotel is five star, the service is five star, and the food is five star. Every member of staff we encountered was genuinely friendly, helpful and welcoming, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food. Dinner was excellent, and breakfast was particularly impressive, with such a wide choice that there really was something for everyone. The combination of the beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, wonderful food and genuinely warm service made this a very special stay. We were only here for one night, and somehow we are leaving feeling as though it wasn’t nearly long enough. We would very happily return, and hopefully next time for a little longer. Thank you to the whole Jiva Hill team for such a memorable stay.

Truly stunning apartment. Fantastic location - just off main-street so quiet but easy to get everywhere. Breakfast in room each day, very nice touch. We couldn't recommend more highly. Will def go back.

Modern, clean, amazing amenities, beautiful view of Matterhorn from the pool! We LOVED staying here and highly recommended with families! Comfortable beds, plush towels and robes and delicious breakfast! Thank you for the US!
