Torre Blumenau do Castelo Itaipava
Estadia boa mas recomendo o hotel providenciar mais um profissional na recepção, pois é frustrante ter apenas 1 profissional para fazer tudo! Ficamos lá duas noites e todas as noites tinha apenas um profissional para atender todos do hotel, então a pessoa fazia o Check-in e tirava todas as dúvidas dos hospedes, grande problema pois havia uma fila que levou mais de 40 minutos para sermos atendidos. Os hospedes começaram a ser mal educados porque realmente absurdo levar mais de 40 minutos para ser atendido e o hotel super lotado. Recomendo imediatamente o hotel providenciar mais um profissional porque é insano ter uma pessoa só.

Logo na chegada no nossso quarto tinha um sutia e algumas roupas jogadas,o ar condicionado pingava dentro do quarto,a pocina esta fechada,café da manha uma vergonha porque nas fotos uma coisa pessoalmente ruim,fotos dos quartos no anúncio um presencialmente outra coisa,pia entopida,os dois quartos wstava péssimo,nunca mais reservaremos quartos naquele hotel,e não indico ninguem,pois só tem aparência, porque pessoalmente é horrivel.estamos arrependidos de ter reservado quartos naquele hotel.

Hotel bom.
O hotel é bem antigo, e a limpeza não estava 100% tinha banheira no quarto, mas além de não ter tampa para fechar se fosse encher estava toda suja, e com bastante limo. O café da manhã é bem simples, mas tudo bem fresquinho. No nosso quarto tinha lâmpadas queimadas e no banheiro também, a manutenção está deixando a desejar. Para quem está de passagem e precisa de um dia apenas é ok a hospedagem.

Pensa em um hotel muito ruim esse e pior .
Sem sobra de dúvidas um dos piores hotéis que já fiquei. Quartos sujos Estado de conservação, péssimo!! Café da manhã nem manteiga tem ,servem margarina !! Pagamos caro e não recebemos nada de qualidade. E quem fica no décimo andar tem direito a escutar todos barulho da casa de máquina dos elevadores !! Nada está tão ruim que não possa piorar né...

Prédio sem manutenção e quartos com manutenção abandonada. Madeiras podres, cupim, mau cheiro. Banheiro sem água por horas. Me hospedei duas vezes por falta de opção e nas duas vezes faltou água. Precário e caro pelo que entrega de serviço. Não recomendo. Café da manhã medíocre.
