There was a tear in one of the sheets. The hair dryer didn’t work. The person at the desk when we checked out said he had been working more than 13 hours including overnight and the breakfast area. No one should be asked to do that.

The staff was attentive, helpful, and welcoming. This hotel is rundown. The welcome mats were filthy, there was trash behind an end table in the room, the bed springs squeaked and bounced, the microwave didn’t work, and the bathtub was badly marked up and stained.

This was a business trip, and everything was paid for in advance. When I arrived at the hotel, they asked for a card to put on hold for any damages, as usual. After my first night, I checked my account and was charged the full amount for the stay. I asked the lady in front they advised me they charged to the wrong account. I told her the room was paid in full so no reason to charge my card. She informed me that I would get refund I still have not received she told me it would 3 to 5 business days to receive the refund. I still have not received the refund

Went out to grab some lunch get back and my card key doesn't work I called the number provided but it's the corporate number No I don't want to make a reservation. I had to walk to the other side of the property so they activate my card I get back to the room with my previously warm food 😞 the breakfast was not so overwhelming cold potatoes the sausage was ok

The place was a bit upgraded since the last time I went but the beds are still spring and a bit uncomfortable. The keys also kept going out and not working but they quickly fixed it each time.
