Room was so dirty. We found a cockroach crawling across the floor when we got our room. Disgusting. The floor had little black spots everywhere. It didn't even look like they cleaned it.

This hotel and several others are located next to the highway on an empty, deserted land with trash piled up in the middle. It does not have an elevator. The bed sheets in our room were dirty with yellow stains on them. The shower head was dirty too. The breakfast had very limited menu without any meat option (sausage, bacon etc.). Mind you this was on the morning of Christmas day! The coffee makers looked filthy too.

The 4 long black hairs I found in different parts of my room were fairly gross. Disappointing. A clean room outweighs most other issues.

It took a while to check in, staff member at the front was courteous, explained that they were new and not sure how to check us for in with a pet and someone came to help. When we got to our room and turned down the sheets there were actual pieces of dirt and all of the bedding was filthy! We called the front to request clean sheets, had to go get them and change the bedding ourselves. Also, the people above us were noisy and running back and forth all night. We’ve stayed here numerous times and this was the absolute worst and don’t plan on coming back.
