Abusaron en el cobro. No vayan

Llegue me dieron una habitacion muy fea y al solicitar otra opcion me ofrecieron otra de una sola cana, 2 sofa cama y un sofa y el costo fue mas del doble $4500 por dia. Abusaron de mi necesidad por ya llevar y estar ahi con la familia. Ontente negociar cpn ellos un mejor precio y fieron tajantes y groseros. Nu va regresare. Soliciten fotos de la habitación antes de ir

No aceptan american express Sus terminales no funcionan No tienen maquina de hielo Mal servicio en el Restaurante No funciona el aire acondicionado Si no lo han terminado de remodelar, no lo abran, en la Habitación el baño nuevo, no funcionaba, nos cambiaron de habitación, y el closet no tenia para colgar tus sacos, el cancel del baño por nuevo, no lo podías cerrar y se mojaba todo el baño

En la app se anuncian con piscina y comedor cosa que aún no tienen, la recomendación es que no lo pongan hasta que lo habiliten, además la entrada al estacionamiento está mal los carros siempre pegan debajo al entrar o salir
