I was very disappointed because my trip got screwed thanks to a first fly delay, hotel Maria Bonita wouldn't honor the 3 days I had already paid and I had to pay for the 3 extra days I had to stay.

The place is relatively new, the room size was OK, not too spacious for 4 people. One thing to notice is that there is glass door to the bathroom, making the privacy a little challenging. The TV was not working as the lady in the lobby told us and no ice was available for the guests. Good location and relatively quiet considering is next to the Periferico de La Juventud. Breakfast variety was good, although the flavor was not there, we were expecting more. Overall was an OK stay. Sure I would recommend for one max two nights.

Friendly, clean, great Location. Staff is helpful and courteous. We try to stay here regularly on our monthly trips. Something may have changed between our visits because bakery items have changed. Restaurants staff seems not very knowledgeable otherwise service is amazing overall Highly recommended
