We loved this hotel. The location is excellent. We had a bay view that was awesome. The room is spacious. We loved the fireplace. One of the biggest benefits is the restaurant across the street and the inclusion of breakfast was great. The restaurant is good and it sits right on the bay. Having the gift shop and the market was super convenient. The pool and hot tub are open late enough and very spacious. This is a gem in Bodega Bay. Would love to stay here again. Also the staff at the front desk is friendly.

The property was good, clean and well kept. Only thing we missed, there was no microwave oven in the room. However we could use the one in the lobby area. I would definitely come back to the property if we are around there

Pricey, but really nice

The room was terrific, large and so nicely decorated with a view of the bay and a small patio (though it would have been nice if they had cut the bushes so we could see the view when we sat out there. The pool and hottub were large and lovely, and heated, which was great. Only complaint was the room came with only a continental breakfast, which seemed to be only granola and a croissant and jam (I thought there would be a selection of cereals and danishes), a fuller breakfast would have been nice for the price we paid for the room.

This was a nice property, but in my opinion very expensive for the value you got. The room was large and had a partial bay view, but the bathroom needed painting and there were lots of weeds around the property as well as many beautiful plants. The continental breakfast was way overpriced and we were not allowed to swap it for a cheaper breakfast that was actually a better value. All the people were very nice, however, and it was well located.

Lovely hotel with a beautiful view

The only downside to this trip was the continental breakfast. It was a plate brought to you without any protein. It was a muffin, croissant, granola, and fruit.

Great-looking, cozy property with amazing extras

I was very impressed with just about everything at The Inn of the Tides, from the aesthetics and condition of the property itself, to the cleanliness of the rooms and other areas, the service, and my son & I's favorite of all - the pool, hot tub and sauna. An inspiring place for a stay, and a fantastic start to our Northern California Coast trip.
