Lovely large room with lots of storage options - clearly had a recent upgrade. The staff and food are very good - could do with some fruit at breakfast though.

Lovely little hotel. Staff very helpful and polite.Even offered to carry out case to the room Room was immaculately clean as were all the public areas Had a smart TV which was an added bonus. Lovely complimentary breakfast. Catered for my husband who is gluten intolerant.

The hotel was ok, but the room was tiny! Not even a wardrobe or table. The bed was not comfy at all! However it was clean and good bathroom Breakfast you had to pre order and was quick service But you do not see any staff around which was strange!

Would recommend. Very clean, gorgeous bathroom with amazing shower (wish I had it at home!) Lovely staff, friendly , helpful, really lovely restaurant with great food. Im gluten free and there was no shortage of options with dinner Or breakfast. Well done would definitely stay again wasnt even expensive.

The west berry hotel was good,easy check in. The room was clean and a good size,a good shower. The breakfast was good. I just thought the price per night was expensive

We love the quiet rooms and the clean environment. Breakfast is also very well made and a good size portion

The property was well priced and the breakfast was ok for the price. There is parking but its tight to access through a narrow archway. Note ANPR so give details on arrival. The bed was very comfortable and the shower looked recently installed. What was less good was while the door locked the catch so it couldnt be opened from the outside didn't. Also the corridor door and outside was noisy. The breakfast was a bit cold and it tasted like margarine was used rather than butter on the muffin. All in all ok without being great. The restaurant smelled great though but unfortunately I had already eaten. Might be worth visiting for the restaurant rather than the hotel.
