Boergerende-Rethwisch Vacation Packages

Lean and central. Walking to good Resteraunts. Lots of parking.

A reasonable hotel. Room was clean and comfortable but I didn’t like the shipping container decor. Just opening the wardrobe made such a clang that it probably woke up people in the adjoining rooms. Lacked charging points for our devices. The safe didn’t work. No dressing gowns as advertised. One tea bag for two people for 2 nights, no milk and no kettle so had to use coffee machine that only produced lukewarm water. I didn’t have the energy to complain for what are only small things but they add up to a feeling that the hotel isn’t well maintained. Food in restaurant was OK but nothing special.

The hotel is excellent. Nice clean rooms, v helpful staff. Shout out to liezl who was lovely. Just one issue, v rude and cheeky long dark haired server in pizza bar. Honestly, awful. It was so bad listening to her talk to people that it was laughable.

The hotel was clean, staff was helpful.. Check in was good. However, it was on a busy roundabout with hundreds of trucks daily. As someone from North America relying on air conditioning, the room was dreadfully hot. As one could not always keep the windows open because of street traffic it made for unpleasant sleeping. We were there for 6 nights. If coming in the summer, Hamburg is getting hotter. Pick a place with AC if you are used to it. I know many Europeans did not mind as our hotel was full of them..

Top floor room had like a drumlike dripping noise continuously. Coulndt isolate the source. Bring noise cancelling thnig if ypu are sensitive to this.
