Staff is great. It Helps that they speak english in a spanish speaking country. Breakfast is great. And neighboring restaurants are good eating as well. Convenient to stores and not a far drive to the popular parts of town.

***NO AIR CONDITIONER*** The location is pretty good, I stayed 3 nights but I had to change hotel due to lack of air conditioning, the place was not the prettiest but it was not bad either. The breakfast was ok. The employees weren't the friendliest but they helped with everything we needed.

I go to Bogota on and off and used to stay at Le Manoir hotel and decided to try this hotel BUT will not stay here anymore the reason why : 1- There is no one helping with the luggage 2- Hotel is not friendly when you arrive to take luggage up as it’s all stairs , no ramp 3- electricity went out and my sister who was staying in the 6th floor has to carry her heavy luggage all the way up She is back in Bogota staying back at Le Manoir and I’ll do the same when I return to Bogots

The property was excellent and in a great location. The only complaint we had was about the TV which had to keep re-starting, but other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

This is an outstanding property with dedicated and pleasant staff, particularly Daniella at the front desk. The modest breakfast was excellent with some of the best cooked to order eggs that I’ve ever had. Everyone in the staff was cheerful and very eager to help. An outstanding experience with tremendous value!

Great stay
It is a great small hotel. Easy enough to get to, but away from the noise of the busy main roads. Easy walks (less than 30 minutes) to great restaurants and shopping areas, including the area around "Parque 93". Place is clean and well kept. The cleaning and reception staff was really friendly and helpful ladies on the breakfasts buffet make really good omelets.

Disappointing Hotel
The location is great, that the only good thing about this hotel. Beds are uncomfortable, pillows terrible, no WIFI service in the room even though it was supposed to have. The TV only had local channels the first days. We reported the lack of WIFI and TV service every day and it only got fix the day we were checking out.

We will not stay here again.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Rooms get really hot, beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The hotel is suppose to have wifi in the rooms but during are stay we had no wifi, we ask the front desk and they said they will fix it but they never did. Also the TV only had the local channels when we ask the front desk they said they will fix it but again they never did.
