Check in was smooth. But the property is no t luxury. We enjoyed the big space in our suite. But on the first day the wink started leaking. On staff did not speak english and could not help us. Front desk was not helpful either. We send messages to hotel.com and all we got manager will reach out to us in the morning. No body reach out to us and we had tour that morning. So we follow up with front desk and then maintaince person solved the issue. It was tough to manage the shower handle to heat water either its super hot or cold. Property seems old. Kitchen is medium equiped but does not have nay supply. Breakfast included was not good. The capacciuno at breakfast was additional charges which we came to know at the check out. They help us in hotel pick up and drop off arrangement. For the service, they never appologise for all the hradship we have gone through.

The employees were very accommodating especially arriving so late and the restaurant was almost closing but they allowed us to order and even delivered it to the room.

The staff are efficient and manages the property well. We enjoyed their breakfast. I loved chatting with Isidro who served us breakfast. The neighborhood is safe but far from the most of main attractions including La Candelaria. During the weekdays at night, there are some noises from the nearby parking lot. During the weekend starting Friday, there are terrible music played outside till approximately 1 a.m. I hope the hotel put some efforts to curb these music from nearby vendors.

Great location with all you needed.

Everything was great, it was like a condo-hotel but pretty comfy, they are very well located and as being like condo you had everything you need that make everything better. The only con could be that they didnt have AC in the rooms, they already explained us that its rare that an hotel could have AC in the rooms for the type of weather but other than that great, front desk very helpful and the breakfast were always on point.
