The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast, other than that terrible, the rooms are unclean and I also had a towel with holes, very very old, for the price you would expect something decent. The room was with very dirty shades, without even a window, it looks like a room of a 1 start hotel. The location is good but the entrance is under construction so is difficult to get uber or other transportation, you will need to walk a little bit. I will never comeback to this hotel, and surely not good if you travel with kids.

Excellent Hotel

The best and most economical hotel in Bogota, well located in the north of the city. Employees like Roosevelt and Jose stand out for their excellent service. The food is gourmet and the buffet breakfasts are different every day. I will return to this hotel on my next trip to Bogota

I had reserved a room with a queen-sized bed; however, I was instead assigned a small room on the first floor containing two twin beds. The room was inadequately furnished, and the beds were notably short. Additionally, I later discovered that the rooms in this particular area were reserved exclusively for pet owners. Following my complaint, staff members came to my door and offered to relocate me to an alternate room. Unfortunately, I was already quite fatigued, and it was late.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast blows away anything you would get in an American hotel. The price was very reasonable, considering the location and amenities. The only negative was Uber drivers figuring out how to get around the freeway construction. Some drivers figured it out but others would cancel. So I suggest walking to the other side of the freeway to get an Uber. This hotel is located in a very safe area and walking to Parque de la 93 where is a lot of restaurants was easy. I highly recommend!
