This is a great hotel. Older classic in mint condition with great amenities. I stayed in the executive floor and it was worth every penny. You have a private breakfast area on the floor and they also offer snacks through the day. They have a dedicated "butler" and he was absolutely great. Excellent staff, restaurant and breakfast area on the main floor as well. It is very accessible and you can get to malls, restaurants and bars easily. The area is safe.

Always stay at the Casa Dann Carlton when I’m in Bogota. Great value. I always get the ajíaco in the restaurant. The breakfasts which are included with the room are off the hook.

¡Que buen hotel! Se ve y siente lujoso. El trato del personal del hotel es de primera. La piscina es buenísima para nadar y el jacuzzi interior está bastante bueno. No pudimos probar el jacuzzi exterior, ya que estaba en mantenimiento. Un hotel excelente.

Not what I expected

The restroom was dirty, the towels were in bad status. The noice from the hallway, and the beds that the housekeeping started doing at 6:00 am while moving the beds, couldn't let me rest. Also, people is coming every X amount of hours asking to come in itonyour room, either if it's laundry or checking if you have eaten anything from the snacks.

Excellent Hotel

This hotel is amazing. The staff are very friendly, and helpful. Rooms were kept clean. Fresh linens every day. The restaurant had amazing food. Conveniently located just a few blocks away from Parque 93. The only issue we had was the HVAC units controller decided to die when we arrived. But the staff provided us with a fan and that kept the room comfortable. The next trip I make to Bogota I will stay here again.

I managed to depart with my passport still in the safe and am truly grateful to the stuff who recovered and kept it for me until I could return. Apart from that, the steam room on the roof is great and helps with acclimatization to the high altitude. Beds are comfy, breakfast has a great variety of fruit, and don’t forget to try caldo

Poor air conditioning system

Nice hotel, good area, unfortunately we had problems with the air conditioner. We reported the problem, they change the room but air conditioner wasn’t working neither so they gave us a fan, next day after our tour no change on the air conditioner we asked again and several hours later they finally changed the room but we were leaving next day, so our stay was uncomfortable, we were on executive room which was more expensive for some additional benefits.
