Toda la propiedad es bella, disenada con buen gusto y las habitaciones muy comodas y amplias, desayuno super variado y rico en sabores Solamente tuve un contratiempo, Vivo en USA y me gusta hospedarme en buenos hoteles cada vez q viajo a Colombia, reserve la habitacion con 2 camas xa mi y mi sobrino, el fue caminando a un apartamento muy cercano al hotel donde debia recoger unas cosas y cuando regreso al hotel uno de los vigilantes fue demasiado grosero e irrespetuoso y no lo queria dejar entrar al hotel, dudando q mi sobrino se estuviera hospedando ahi conmigo. Creo q la forma correcta de proceder habia sido preguntarle en q habitacion estaba y ya. Esto me provoco demasiado malestar dudando si quiero hospedarme ahi nuevamente

Nice staff, specially very professional housekeeping ladies and doorman. Lobby staff little rude at times and busy with their computers so they don’t really pay much attention to you (very bad dear manager). Steam room and area around need a wash and sanitize more often. Nice pool and chairs to relax. Breakfast is great and huge but sometimes reminds me of a cruise ship buffet instead of a 5 star hotel. Price is great and area around is safe and full of shops and restaurants. Juan.

It's an excellent choice, the entire staff is very welcoming , helpful and attentive. The breakfast choices are great, the room is clean, beds are nices and will highly recommend it. One note is the bathroom floor can become hazardous once wet.
