Casa Dann Carlton is the best.
Everybody made you welcome and were happy to give you directions and suggestions to visit. The hotel car service was excellent, be sure to ask for the driver Julio, super nice and can be rented by hour or the day. Not expensive at all and much safer than street taxis.

A great hotel at a great price
I really love this hotel, it offers everything the big names do but at a fraction of the price. It's safe and located in a great neighborhood, easy access to everything in the city, a great free full breakfast, and of course the spa which I don't use but its nice to have.

Pilar and Santiago are both very welcoming and funny, they both give great service. Sofia at check in and check out is also very friendly and nice, speaks very good English. All deserving of raises. This property is great, I would recommend to any family or person that is traveling solo.
