Propreté à améliorer

Les chambres ont du tapis, et presque partout dans l'établissement et malheureusement dans la chambre où je me suis logée il était vraiment salé, il y avait même un soulier d'enfant par terre. L'air climatisé n'a jamais fonctionné (j'avais lu des avis qui mentionnent la même situation) donc on a du changer de chambre et le même problème est survenue alors nous avons décidé de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte. Ce n'est certainement pas un hôtel 5* comme dans la description, il est plutôt un 3* très vieux et la perspective sur les photos de l'hôtel n'est pas la réalité. Par contre le personnel est vraiment magnifique et sont tous super gentils spécialement William un téléphoniste qui répond à tes besoins sur la ligne 9 (il a été tellement emphatique pendant mon séjour que je retournerai seulement à cause de lui). L'emplacement est quand même loin du centre ville, mais le cartier et très sécurisé (point fort). Déjeuner bien avec buffet et la piscine un plus pour les enfants

One of the best hotels in Bogotá!

I recently stayed at an amazing hotel that was all about luxury and comfort. From the moment I walked in, it was obvious why it had a five-star rating. Unlike typical vacation rentals -yeah those, I didn’t have to worry about doing laundry or cleaning up, so I could just kick back and enjoy my time there. And it's better priced than those. The room was huge, modern, and well-kept. The food was incredible too—there was a huge menu with 24-hour room service that was not only tasty but also pretty affordable compared to other places around. Every meal felt special, and it was great to eat whenever I felt like it. It was pretty international as well, and super well-rounded. The location was perfect, just a seven-minute walk to the lively center of Bogotá, where I could check out cool restaurants, nightlife, and awesome shopping. What really made this hotel stand out was the fantastic staff. They weren’t just friendly; they went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Their kindness and attention really made an impact. The pool and jacuzzi were great spots to relax, especially after being out in the city, and a great addition to a cold city. I also treated myself to a spa session that was just wonderful and left me feeling as new! 100% recommended. There's no doubt I'll be coming back to this incredible hotel on my next trip to Bogotá. It was a perfect blend of relaxation, luxury, and top-notch service in a great setting.
