The room was very small. To make it worse the AC wasn’t working. The room got unbearable hot, but after our intervention, they repaired it after couple of hours. The shower stall looked dirty. The hotel staff was very nice and the shuttle to the airport came on time.

Great staff and service
It was an amazing stay because of Daisy who went above and beyond by accommodating our request to have the free breakfast the morning of the day we checked in. It was a long flight from Toronto and a 3 hour wait at the immigration in Bogota, we were hungry and tired. It was disappointing that the other employees didn't want to listen maybe due to language barrier. Overall, it was a great stay, Daisy saved the day!

I wait from 9am until 3:30pm for check-in. Asked for earlier check in not possible but noticed the rudeness and careless treatment. Other got room before us, even if they came after. The room was noisy called front desk twice. Not a good experience. Not Marriott standards

The bad experience was not being able to sleep at all. It seemed like someone was working on construction or renovation by 2 am or some hours later. Very annoying! No idea what happened or no explanation. Everything else was good.
