We both were on crutches and arrived after a later flight from Santa Marta. The staff were exceptionally friendly and assisted us greatly as we tried to maneuver our suitcases while walking on crutches.

I am frequent traveler and have been in this hotel before with mixed experience. But these last time was really bad. First we had a very bad odor coming from an external window in a hallway (hotel is next to a big bus stop), asked to talk to the manager and and employee falsely represented the manager and dismissed my concern, then I had to call Expedia who made them change my room, where the real manager went to my room to solve the problem. Not coming back for sure!
