I only stayed overnight for airport layover. Hotel is clean and modern, located in a residential area near main avenue. The rooms are a good size and beds were comfortable. It is quiet. More impoltantly it is 15 minutes from airport in traffic and they offer transportation every hour.

The hotel’s location is ideal if you’re attending an event at ViveClaro, just three TransMilenio stations away. It meets all Hilton standards — spotless rooms and great facilities. Unfortunately, the front desk staff seem poorly trained and their attitude was quite disappointing, at times even aggressive. Hilton Honors status made no difference during my stay. Despite this, I would stay here again given the convenience and overall quality.

Extremely long check-in process approaching half an hour with only one lady helping customers, while other employees were just standing around shuffling papers. They also tried charging me the same $20 surcharge tax twice so I had to log in into my bank app and show them the charge already on my credit card. For the money they’re definitely better options like Movich.
