The positive, the staff were nice, professional and the breakfast was ok. The negative was the AC. It doesn’t cool good and on top of that at 11:30pm it’s programmed to shut off. Every night about 1:00 am, I had to wake up to turn the AC on, the room was hit and stuffy. Waking up every night to turn the AC messed up my sleeping.

Very Nice but Checkout Process Needs To Be Streaml
Everything was top-notch with a small exception. The checkout process should be a little smoother. Room taxes needed to be paid in cash and room service had to be paid separately. It would have been much better for everything to have simply been charged to the credit card used to make the reservations

Very poor customer service. Since check in to check out. Breakfast coordinated poorly. Had two large groups and had to wait in line with more than 30 People to have buffet. Decoration was awesome. Recycled items. Ingenious.
