The front door needs you to be buzzed in and that buzzing noise at all times night is really annoying so buy earplugs if you plan to get sleep at night.

A Comfortable 3 Day Visit

We enjoyed staying at Hotel CityFlats. Our room was very spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. The panoramic windows offered interesting views of the neighbourhood and the blackout blinds work quite well when it's time to sleep. I liked the location quite a bit, it's easy walking distance to everything Zona T/ Zona Rosa has to offer yet it isn't directly in the hustle and bustle and noise. The area also feels quite safe day and night. Moreover, the staff were all pleasant and helpful. The hotel seems oriented towards business trips, but we quite liked it for our 3 day visit while travelling Colombia. We are already familiar with the city, so this felt like a perfect fit.

The location is amazing. Shopping, restaurants parks are very close by. The staff is amazing. The kitchen staff is absolutely fantastic they took care of my needs due to special diet. Had an issue with towels brought it up and immediately it was taken care of. I highly recommend staying at this hotel you feel you are home away from home with the service you receive.

NOISY as hell! we didn't sleep. NOTHING! first night the owner of the hotel was having a party, 2nd night the hotel alarm (was so scary!) 3rd night guest completely drunk came to the hotel and went from different floors ,,,, it was a nightmare

We didn't receive the room we were expecting. Noisy every night, we couldn't sleep, parties in the hotel as the owners were there. the hotel alarm sounded during the night, the outside alarm also. It was a nightmare of hotel.
