The staff were excellent. From Joana and the other cleaning staff who kept the place sparkling to the kitchen and front desk staff. Perfectly located in Bogota. Only downside- if you need a transport, take an Uber, as they overpriced on the van to the airport.

The hotel was good overall. We were able to walk to Plaza Bolívar, Monserrate, Chorro de Quevedo, and several other attractions. While the hotel could use a bit of TLC, it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was tasty and very convenient, making it easy to start our day. We arrived on a Saturday, and on Sunday the Mercado de las Pulgas (a kind of flea market) takes place on the same street. It made walking around a bit tricky, but it wasn’t a major issue.

A regular go to place for me. Not luxurious, obviously. At this price, but the beds are good. The linen is clean and the breakfast is excellent. Very walkable to the main tourist sites.

Excellent location. Friday night tends to get noisy with people drinking in the lobby and singing the night away till midnight. Disconnect between reception and guests. We were asked to pay for breakfast eventhough it was all included. Sorted that out the first morning we were there. On check out, staff wanted us to pay for a lunch meal that we had during our stay there. It was paid for already but the kitchen staff left the bill in our file. In the end, the receptionist understood the situation and we did not pay twice for the same meal.

The hotel was very clean and it was quiet at night for sleeping. Staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast was good. It was great that the restaurant was open late and the food was good. The area is convenient to the historic city and museums (Museo del Oro) and Botero Museum. There were many convenient options for food. Good location between newer and old historic city. I would definitely return to this hotel. Good option.
