Unsafe Area - Hotel should have Guard outside
Location is not safe in particular at night. The hotel closes the main door at night, and customer (like me) could not enter without waiting for an hotel representative to open the door.Which means I had to wait 15 minutes outside the hotel, in the cold, at night, in an unsafe and deserted area and without any Guard as there is in any 3 stars Hotel in Columbia.

Shady neighborhood, careless staff
This hotel is in a pretty shady, dilapidated neighborhood that I wouldn't recommend walking around in at night. During my three night stay, I was woken up early Friday morning (9am) by a housekeeper who ignored my "Do Not Disturb" sign, and early Saturday morning (7:30am) by a room service delivery that was sent to the wrong room. Plus, the hotel was noisy well past midnight. The amenities this hotel offers are few -- the safe and lamp in my room didn't work, and the TV was so small you could barely see it. For a similar price, there are much better hotel options a few blocks east into Zona G, which is also a much better neighborhood.

a pena mejor que un hostal
Son muy amables y serviciales. Sin embargo a la habitacion le falta mucho: ni un vaso para cepillarse los dientes,se puede mejora la conexion electricar, y no hay ascensor, una debilidad para un hotel que ambiciona hospedar clientes con maletas.

Ubicado en una zona insegura. Además son muy incumplidos, dicen que el desayuno es a partir de las 7 am pero eran las 7:30 am y no estaba listo, tuve que salir en ayunas y desayunar en otro lugar.

Pesima Experiencia. Mal Hotel
No recomiendo este Hotel. Hice una reserva com cama doble, habian 2 pequeñisimas camas, ofrecieron hacer descuento por esto y no cumplieron. No tenia minimar ofrecido. La comida pesima, sirvieron un pollo en deficiente estado, el servicio a la mesa demorado. El administrador no pone la cara, los jovenes de la recepcion muy amables. Este hotel no deberia ser de este precio deberia valer la mitad.

Bueno, bonito y económico
Tiene buena ubicación porque se encuentra cerca del principal medio de transporte público de la ciudad. Sin embargo, después de las 6pm no es una buena zona para estar caminando, es sólo y oscuro. El servicio y la atención del personal muy buena. El desayuno es sencillo, pero bueno. Ideal para estadías cortas.

Me sentí robado, el precio que reservé es distinto al que me cobraron en el hotel. En el hotel me cobraron muchísimo más. La ubicación del hotel es buena, más No la zona, se ve inseguro el sector. El desayuno es decente. No recomiendo para nada este hotel.
