Overall good hotel in the right area

Good hotel with nice breakfast. Overall service was good especially at the breakfast. Breakfast was amazing some days, and other days perhaps a tad more unremarkable. Overall a nice stay with lots of security always at the front door. Two issues. One the walls between rooms do seem to be a tad thin. I could hear business calls next to me at 8AM on weekdays and he seriously wasn’t even raising his voice. Two, numerous times no one was at front desk and the great security staff at the front door had to alert them in back to come out. I expect someone to always be in front at this level of hotel.

Okay, but expect more

The hotel it self needs updated & should key guest knuu it w prior to booking . It is one of the oldest hotel in Bogota. I was there for 8 days. And had to change room : times . Came back to the room after being out & the bed was dish . Water came in through smoke detectors & living room window was water also coming in. The staff was very helpful & professional. But it’s not their fault if conditions. Also the Restuarant on yge 11th floor was close as well. Stated they renovated, but it should be noted. As well as NO AC. The breakfast was good. Also the last room that we were given was so loud & dogs barking all night from who knows where. Since it not a pet friendly place, wish it was . Cause a the new Hotels are & have AC

Overall the experience was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I recommend to the front desk, was to inform guests at check in that they should call to request the front desk to send an employee to turn on the sauna and steam room in advance.

Horrible Stay. 0 Stars. Avoid

I booked the hotel expecting top quality service. Usually that is the case with Radisson. Instead, I was confronted with constant issues. 1)Shower drain clogged; my feet were in puddles of water while showering. The photo attached is 10 minutes after using the shower. 2)No air conditioning or operable windows in the rooms. The weather was hot and the room temp was in the 80s, I could not sleep at all since the air in the room was hot and stuffy. 3)Wifi was bad. I tried multiple times to connect with the password, would not work. Then after getting help at the front desk, it still did not work well. Would constantly drop out. 4) Strange guest policy. They would not let my friend visit me since she did not have a normal Colombian ID card but from a different country. They claimed it was the law to have a Colombian ID and would not allow her to visit. I went to another hotel the next day and they checked us both in with no issues. I would definitely not stay here again and advise you not to either. For the price, you can find significantly much better places in Bogota.

Great hotel and food

Good/ great hotel, breakfast was great! Hotel workers/people very polite and helpful. Our coffee maker was changed three times but we couldn’t make coffee any of our 5 day stay.

Nice hotel with clean rooms. Breakfast is awesome. Restaurant is also good. When it comes to room, I did not get what was published. For example, there was no bathrobe or slippers. Premium room was supposed to have city view but my room was in the back facing an old motel. That was disappointing. Bathroom has no exhaust fan makes the whole room foggy after a bath. Please be aware there is no air conditioning but can live without it considering Bogota weather. This is not a 4 star hotel standard.

The service is very good and the complementary breakfast was awesome, one of the best I’ve ever had. The property is dated but the service is great. The internal exchange rate is a rip off so better pay the stay via Expedia.
