This hotel is a scam. The area is very dangerous, especially if you’re American or a foreigner. I strongly advise against staying out late. Although the hotel is technically located in downtown Bogotá, the surrounding neighborhood is rundown and feels unsafe. The rooms are extremely outdated, and the hotel charges extra fees for any visitors after 9 PM, or if someone stays beyond the number of guests originally booked. Everything comes with an extra charge, so the price you see on Expedia is not the real price you’ll end up paying at check-in. Honestly, I do not recommend this hotel. It’s overpriced for the location, and it feels like they’re trying to take advantage of foreign visitors. I couldn't stay more than 3 days.. Just be careful.

I rented this room for my friends from Colombia and stayed at a nearby hotel so that we could all attend a soccer game. I'm disappointed to hear that the front desk staff was disrespectful to my friends. I won't be using this hotel in the future.

I have stayed here probably 10 times over the past 10 years and unfortunately this time there were some minor issues that added up. The Customer Service was great, as was the Breakfast. The room was huge, but the chain on the door was broken and did not work. A light in the larger bathroom was broken and sort of hanging there. The internet went down at night so television was unavailable and again in the morning so I could not book an UBER, had to walk to a coffee shop nearby to use their WiFi.

The hotel is conveniently located for accessing the airport at a low cost. While the hotel requires significant renovations due to its dated condition, it offers more spacious accommodations compared to many other hotels in Bogotá. Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast, but improvements are definitely needed in the overall facilities. Nevertheless, the amenities provided are quite impressive.

This is my third stay and I have to say the quality has gone down every time I come back. The rooftop bar was closed for renovations and the room did not have the usual dining stuff that comes with the suite. Forks, knives, and plates. And the view was horrible. Overall it is one of the better hotels I just wish they'd try a little harder. Breakfast was so so
