It was a nice hotel, with very friendly staff. It was a few blocks away from most of the bars and restaurants, which made a bit quieter. I could hear music from the hotel restaurant, but nothing that kept me up. I was upgraded for free, and the suite was spacious.

Room wasn't clean upon arrival. Sticky stuff on the counters. There was no "do not disturb" placard so I was disturbed daily.
The staff were nice and the location and dining options can't be beat but arriving to a dirty room really couldn't be overlooked. I thought it was a little overpriced for what they offered.

A pesar que el clima en Bogotá es fresco, en la habitación hacia calor y las ventanas no abren. Lo bueno fue que lo comuniqué y me proveyeron un ventilador.
Mi reserva no “aparecía” en el sistema del Hotel, aunque la misma la había hecho con Hotels y estaba prepagada, el hotel no la tenia.
Finalmente me asignaron un cuarto mas pequeño al que había reservado.
El servicio es pésimo.
No tenia Aire acondicionado la habitación.
No había cafe para la cafetera de la habitación.
No había agua en la habitación para tomar.
Muy buen hotel pero no respetaron la categoría vip. Primera ves que sucede. Ni me dieron el ascenso de categoría no obstante explique la categoría y las condiciones de la reserva e intentaron cobrarme por check in adelantado.
Las almohadas muy grandes , no son cómodas para dormir . El agua demora como 10 minutos en calentar. La señora de las toallas se mete a la habitación sin avisar . Y quitaron para graduar la temperatura , hacía un calor horrible .

necesitan mejores almohadas, muy grandes y las hace incomodas. House cleaning desde las 8 Am estan molestando, no deberia ser asi. El restaurante que esta abajo es fenomenal.
