Realmente por el precio de una noche hay muchos más hoteles de buena calidad. Llego de noche y el transporte tardó casi 1 hora en buscarlo.

It began 3 hours ahead of check-in time. We sent a message asking about check in via the app, hoping to check in early. That message was never answered by the property. Upon arriving 90 minutes early we were told we could wait in the lobby. A paper cup of water was provided by a doorman. We approached the front desk 30 minutes ahead of check-in time and they allowed us access to our VIP - 6th floor room. That process was straight-forward and polite. The room overall was clean. It did not have any convenient locations however to plug in mobile chargers. There was a desk area next to the TV, but it had european chargers, and not the standard North American/Colombian plug-in receptacles. We did find two outlets, one in the bathroom on the small counter, and another near the floor by the entrance to the room. This 6th floor boasts a VIP lounge for use from 1500-2100 hours exclusively for us on this floor. We went to access this lounge and it was locked. We went to the main floor and enquired. They said (at 1525 hours) that they hadn't set it up yet, but would open it shortly (no apology or explanation). We bought a drink in the main floor bar, and were told the drink order could not proceed until we opening a digital bar menu via SKU code? Drink was good, nice atmosphere in the main floor with lots of activity. We returned upstairs around 1700 hours, and the lounge was still locked. After two phone calls the lounge was opened, and it was empty, with old food left for us.
