Everything went pretty smooth. I stayed for 2 weeks. Got to the hotel and got checked in fine. The room was neat and in good condition. Got a free bottle of water from room service everyday. The lady who cleaned the room everyday did a good thorough job. Staff at the hotel was friendly and respectful. The hotel is quiet during the day and night despite being centrally located. There is a mall and plenty of shops in walking distance. The terrace has a good view. If I had to nitpick something, it would be that the air conditioner in the room I stayed in didn't blow hot or cold air no matter how I set it with the remote. It was basically a fan. But it did not affect my experience because the temperature in the room was fine anyway without it. I was hesitant about the trip since it was my first time in a foreign country, but the experience was about as smooth as it could have gone. If I go back to Bogotá it is a hotel i would recommend. I don't write reviews very often, but this one was worth making. I like to give credit where credit is due and the staff did a good job.
