Hotel is average but it is surrounded by construction, which is inconvenient. We recommend to out of your valuables in the safe, including electronic devices. We left electric toothbrush on the bathroom counter and it was taken from the room. However, they returned later but of course my partner wouldn’t use it again.

The room was superb, we had a suite but it was really liKe an apartmemt AWESOME!! Clean , spacious, enough closets, bathroom big, shower big and roomy. For people who need a computer, they have a Mac Computer you can use on the 2nd floor, you just have to ask for the keyboard and mouse. There is a Starbucks and Dunkin in the little shopping mall right next door.There is also a money exchange office downstairs next door, but it was temporarily closed.If I ever go back to Bogota, definitely will stay here again EVERYTHING WAS GOOD!!

hotel staff no exceptions they were awesome and quick to help. but my issue was hot water. i have experience that after 830pm and before 5am there's no hot water. however after calling front they turn the hot water on.
