It looks old fashioned, non well cleaning. The room door has no Security extra lock. Bogotá is a cold city and at the moment I came to te front desk asking for an extra blanket they said that they don not have another at the time. But at least they sent a heather to the room. Also, in the bathroom mirrors with the steam of the shower some words written in them appear, so they can improve the cleaning and the washbasin also wasn't clean at all.

Everything is under construction around.Dusty and a little bit difficult to get out and into. Cleaning isn’t their thing, the blackout was broken and it was one of my requests they didn’t listen and I had to change my room. Breakfast is good and the area is convenient for business. It’s an okay place, and enough for the price.

I liked staying here, but on the second night the air conditioning was not working at all. The room was very hot and one thing I didn’t like was that they control the AC terminal through them, you are not able to monitor it yourself through the thermometer on the wall. Hot water was goof, but the shower had way too much pressure, the room was clean but the AC was a turn off for me. Thank God I only stayed a fee nights.

This property is a hit and a miss. The first room I got was way too noisy, windows don't have sound insulation. The shower pressure was so hard that it stung my skin. I requested a different room. I got a room on the other side of the building, not facing the street, but could still hear road noise at night, since this room also didn't have thick glass. The bathtub had hair in it. Certain staff at the front desk were not friendly, just like certain staff at the restaurant weren't friendly either. I expected way more for a "5 star" hotel. Too bad.

This was my absolute favourite hotel to stay at during my 3 week trip to South America. Massive rooms with a nice desk, super comfortable beds. What I loved most was the business centre. Felt like it had a professional WeWork built in for its guests with fast wifi and excellent seating. If I came back to stay for a month this is the hotel I’d stay at. The area around WTC felt super safe as a solo female traveller and I could not recommend this hotel enough. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also great with made to order eggs.

I loved everything about this property other than the inconsistencies in air conditioning in the room and lobby. It was quite warm in my room at night even after adjusting the unit. But the staff was amazing and the property was aesthetically pleasing. Would stay again
