What is see is NOT what you get
The room advertised was not the room they gave me. After complaining, they denied honoring what was offered through hotels.com booking platform. The blame some other department outside of the property for providing the wrong pictures. I was looking for a room with a living area and a desk to work from. Instead, the room was tiny. Found Another deal somewhere else. Where I was able to get the room that I need.

Ubicado cerca del parque de la 93. Nos sorprendió gratamente el desayuno. La habitación tenía vista posterior así que no tuvimos problemas con el ruido de la calle. En general, un lugar céntrico y cómodo para unos días de visita a Bogotá.

Everything was great, the only recommendation I would suggest is to look ath the shower, when you are taking a shower water gets out of the shower to the bathroom and have to clean out

Probably more like 4.5 than 4 stars. I really enjoyed my time at Novotel Parque 93. There are many dining options, a park nearby, and the customer service was excellent. They have a pretty good room service menu. The only thing is that the room I had was quite small. I think they have larger rooms, but they were booked. Other than that, I highly recommend!
