Overall a good hotel in the middle of a great area full of nice shops, bars and top notch restaurants. The facilities are modern, it has comfortable beds and decent breakfast service. It would have been an excellent experience were it not for my room’s shower drain returning small amounts of water all day long, room service closing at 9:30 PM (a bit too early for my taste) and the somewhat condescending demeanour and at times unhelpful attitude of the reception staff. i should add, to be fair, that the hotel’s occupation was very low during the dates I stayed there and due to this it didn’t seem to be operating in full-service mode.

Great Stay in a Central Location
I had a very comfortable stay at Novotel Bogotá. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. There are plenty of nice places nearby, including a variety of charming cafes to enjoy. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone looking for convenience and comfort in Bogotá. Would definitely stay here again!
