Definitely the customer service. Unfortunately I had a stomach issue and Alejandra in guest services, was amazing, she was very polite, sweet and professional, always with a smile and accommodating my needs. Juan Daniel, served me with a smile every night. Breakfast was delicious and very well presented. Gilberto, Christopher, Carlos and all of the rest of the team made sure that I was eating the right food and specially my “agüita de manzanilla”. Thank you for making me feel at home.
