Horrible stay

The rooms are always damp. Mold in the bathroom. Shower is never warm. The wallpaper peels off the wall. Im sitting in the lobby right now listening to people complain at the front desk. Hotel staff are rude to the customers

I asked to not be closed to the elevator for noise reasons and I have been offer a room directly by the exit stairway that was even worse people keep going in and out to 1 am making noise and they use that outside stairway to smoke so i could smell it.

The breakfast was very poor, I only went there the first morning of my stay and it was just some cold dry items, so I never went back again even though i spent 3 nights there

Get what you pay for.

Hotel was easy to find close to airport. Very run down. Hallways dirty elevator dirty. Room was a mess. Carpet all torn patched with carpet that didn’t match dirty chair in room. Smoke smell. Bed was comfortable. Mentioned condition of room to the man at check out and asked to talk to manager and he said they are aware the hotel is rundown and they are working on improving it.

Rooms smelled awful like old wet rugs. Door jams Badly in need of paint, broken lamp propped up instead of replaced or removed, damaged sheetrock, water stains on ceiling, hallway rugs badly stained everywhere. Time is long past for a renovation. If the reservations weren't "nonrefundable" I would've left but we were exhausted after driving more than 6 hours .

A group of nine of us stay at this property Saturday, August 9th to Sunday, August 10th. Each of our rooms were dirty! sheets had holes in them.mattress Was dirty, I’m not sure if it was blood or something spilled on it. One of the rooms had bedbugs in the pullout couch. Which forced my friends to travel back to Pennsylvania after having a long day out with friends and family at 2:30 in the morning. Another room had a filthy tub, a bloody lampshade with fingerprints on it. The outside of the door had spilled beverage on it. wallpaper coming off the wall, walls were dirty and my TV did not work… They did ask us if we wanted to switch rooms, but it was already 3 o’clock in the morning and it wasn’t worth moving because I was checking out early morning. Housekeeper walked into my room early morning with out knocking. There was no parking at all. We had to park on the side hoping to not get a ticket. Being that we had reservation we should have had a parking spot. I’m totally disgusted with what I paid for something so filthy.

Such a long list of complaints, where do I start? When you first walk in this hotel into the lobby you might actually think you’re staying at a clean and decent hotel. That is until you reach the floor your staying on an encounter hallways that smell like cigarettes and mildew. When we got to room door, there were stains all over the door as if someone had threw food on the door. When we entered the room, the room had a very strong mildew smell. The wallpaper on the walls were peeling. There were literally holes and large cracks in the walls. The comforters that were on the bed were paper thin and dingy looking and also had cigarette holes burned into them. The carpet on the floor was damp, clearly there is some type of water leak or something going on as to why the floor is damp and the place has such a strong mildew smell. When I walked into the bathroom the first thing I saw was bloody handprints on the light fixture, there was also no hot water. When I called downstairs with these complaints I was told they would speak to cleaning staff to do a better job. Fast forward to 11pm that night after returning from my family reunion we entered into the parking lot. After circling around several times , to our surprise there was no parking in any of the parking areas. I called the front desk who then told me there was no parking because the hotel was booked to capacity. I then told her I was also a paying customer and should have a parking space. She then apologized and said j

Very disappointed and disgusted with my stay as it was a group of us who traveled to a friends house in the area and needed a place to sleep for a few hours before our long commute back upstate. We had 4 rooms between all of us. In one room, bed bugs were found in the pull out couch where my niece was to sleep. In the other rooms, there were holes in the sheets, some of which appeared to be cigarette holes, the doors/walls were dirty and stained. My tub was dirty and wallpaper peeling so I was not comfortable with taking a shower there. Not worth the $200 plus that I paid, just to be uncomfortable and hardly be able to sleep. I was too tired to drive at that point as it was very late when we checked in, so I had to force myself to close my eyes for a few before getting on the road. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could reach out regarding some sort of refund. Thank you.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The carpet was torn through to the padding in several spots, the drapes had holes in them, the wallpaper was falling down and there was mold in the shower, just to name a few.
