I recently stayed at this hotel and while the staff was friendly and the location was convenient, the room itself really needed an upgrade—badly. The furniture felt dated, the carpet looked worn, and the overall vibe just wasn’t up to today’s standards. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not what I expected for the price. With a renovation, this place could be much better.

Hotel Horror

DON'T STAY HERE!!! Hotel is dirty and tired. Carpet in rooms are all torn. Walls have cracks. Bed is old and lumpy. Pillows are soft and mushy. Towels are thread bare and you have to pick up additional towels at desk. Bathroom is missing sink stopper. Asked about free shuttle service to airport at 8 am, they said no worries, just come down and our driver will take you. Next morning when we came down to grab the shuttle they told us the driver was at Home Depot and will be back soon. We ended up calling an Uber. Free breakfast was only dry cereal and bagged muffins. We choose this hotel based on early flight and proximity to the airport. Never again. DO BETTER!

Shower all rusted. On walls faucet in shower broke and leaking. Walls all cracked. Toilet bowl base loose a swiveling. Curtains all ripped very little privacy. Wire loose on floor. Lights half broken hanging on wall. Paint on door all chipped and rusted ..I could go on but I think you understand why I said terrible rating staff was ok but they really couldn’t do much . Rug all ripped bed mattresses and box spring I will never use a Wyndham resort again. The price for three nights was $1022.34.. not worth that much I would not give a good review to this chain after my stay in room 342 at La Quinta hotel by Mac Arthur airport. Islip New York. Marion Piano very disappointed guest 😤😤😤😤😤😤

Rooms and facilities are run down and dirty. Our king suite did not have a bed in the sofa as it claimed. The carpet was shredded and smelled. Door keys didn’t work well. Ice machine was broken. Did have convenient laundry.

Had to change room as soon as I got there because the sink and tub drained slowly but the maintenance guy was really nice. The second room smelled like burnt popcorn every time we opened the microwave and the sink eventually clogged up as well. Front desk supervisor could use a refresher on customer service. I don’t think she would have changed my room if the maintenance guy didn’t tell her to. Thank you maintenance!

It was very clean everything at the hotel was great. Except the bed we had to sleep on. You could feel the springs coming thru matress. My husband and I woke up with back and lack of sleep trying to get comfortable

Shower Issue and Lack of Care About It.

The bed was sunken in the middle and gave me the feeling of sleeping uphill. The worst thing though was that the shower never got up to a lukewarm temperature so I was unable to step in due to discomfort. I essentially had to sponge bathe carefully. I think what really got me was that when I mentioned it to the person at the front desk at checkout, her response was one that I would expect her to give a co-worker rather than a customer. She acknowledged what I was saying and starting to write a ticket to have it fixed. But there was no apology, question, or any expression of caring of what I went through because of it. Not even a thank you for letting her know. It was basically "I don't know what can cause that but I'll write a ticket to have it checked out". I know this may seem trite to some, but that reaction is the reason I'm writing this review at all.
