Our stay was wonderful. Our room and bathroom were so clean. The bed was beautifully made up. When we got into the bed it was so compfortable I tried to buy the covers we had on. It was a great nights sleep. The morning breakfast was so tasty. The waffles and eggs and sausage were so good. The coffee was just right. Everything was wonderful. Love Barbara. Bloxham.

Nice overnight stay

Room was very unusual as it was long had laminate floors, had a kitchenette area with a fridge and coffee maker and then in the middle of the room there was another fridge and a microwave under the TV stand, the room had a desk with no lighting or information about the hotel or the area, couldn’t find a laundry bag for dirty clothes. It was a good two queen room, very cold when we walked into it, sitting at 60 degrees, took some time to unfreeze the room, but again good for an overnight stay. Breakfast was very good, nice variety of items. Have a wonderful coffee machine that makes lattes, americanos, espresso, and macchiato plus just plain coffee.

Very pleased with our stay.

The front staff, her name was Precious, very pleasant. She went over and above. I needed a bath chair and tub mat, she rounded the items up, even wiped and sterilized them. The beds very comfortable. As far as the food we didn’t stay to enjoy it, we were running late. Definitely recommend this hotel. We will surely stay there again.

We booked the room and sent through the request stating that we would like a lowest level room if possible since we were bringing our elderly dog with us for this overnight stay. When we arrive to check in, I was informed that there were no drug friendly rooms available, and when I asked the woman at the front desk if they had read the information that was sent over with the hotels.com reservation she said no that they had just seen that as as she pulled up my reservation and all of the dog friendly rooms were already given out for the night. I was informed that it was nonrefundable and then I would have to contact hotels.com to have it refunded even though they weren’t able to give me the room that I paid for. We had to go to a different town and pay about $70 more per night for that stay. I contacted the hotel several times asking a manager to return my call to have our stay refunded, I even worked through hotels.com and was still denied. Basically I spent $250 for a night at this hotel that we never got to stay at. Hotels.com said it was the hotel’s Management itself that denied the refund. I have not yet had such a bad experience with hotels.com nor with a Best Western that would not refund us say that they could not accommodate.

Great place to stay

Room was great but the beds were very firm. Breakfast was pretty good. Only one elevator. Only one bathroom for our 2 bedroom suite however the bathroom was very spacious and had a deep jetted tub along with a separate shower. The pool was very nice and big and I loved the outdoor patio with glass windows to watch your kids swim inside. The hot tub was nice & relaxing and they had a bathroom in the pool room which was very convenient. I would stay again.

The hotel was very humid. The hot tub didn’t work, but the pool was cold and perfect. I loved the clothesline in the shower, that was super convenient. The bed was hard, so if you like a firmer bed this hotel is perfect for you

This was great. Everyone was so pleasant and kind and helpful. We arrived a little late in the evening and was not familiar with the area and they provided a list of area places to eat. Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast was awesome.
