Everything was clean and comfortable. Nice modern bathroom. Breakfast was tasty. The virtual check in process was a strange experience. Checking in via a kiosk with a person on a screen really made no sense. The kiosk had trouble scanning my driver’s license and could not create the room key cards so an in-person receptionist ended up having to do it anyway. It was a waste of time and technology.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The building is beautiful and clean. The only thing I didn't like was the toilet paper, it was pretty rough. Not too big of deal tho, would definitely recommend!

While the restaurant/bar was phenomenal and the food well worth it the issue was, upon check in and getting to our room we found that the pillows given to us where only 4 small square pillows for the king bed w/sofa sleeper room we got. When we tried to get a hold of someone for additional linen as there was none in the room for the sofa sleeper my kid was using I tried to reach someone about it but could not get a hold of someone. That was my biggest issue.
