The bed was awful, you could feel the springs through the mattress. The shower had rust around the edges and was just dirty. The bathroom fan didn’t work in either room I stayed in. The ice machine was broken, the elevator was broken. The pool and hot tub were so dirty I wouldn’t even get in them. The staff was amazing. They were friendly for the most part. We did arrive in town 14 min early and were told we can’t check in and we had to sit in parking lot because our room wasn’t ready.

The fire alarm went off at 4:11 in the morning and everyone had to evacuate. Everyone was sleepy, of course, and there was no fire. I wish they had seen fir to extend the breakfast an hour, but they did not. The rooms were quite clean. The toile toll holder was on the same wall as the back of the toilet, which made it difficult to access the roll. I could not get the printer to work in the little business room, despite mine and the desk manager's heroic efforts to do so.
