Extremely Disliked the room air conditioner. It was warm in the room so every time the air turned on it would start first with a loud hum, that was loud enough to wake me nearly every time. Tried ear plugs and pillow over my head and still only got a couple hours of sleep.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good. There was warm food, waffles , bagles, and the usual cereals, something for everyone. The indoor pool was popular. Overall a great place to stay!

The A/C unit started making a loud noise at 3:00 am we called the front desk. They were not willing to help and wouldn’t compensate us. The pool and hot tub area were filthy! Would not stay here again.

My mom left her black sandals in our room and when I called to ask if they had been turned in by housekeeping, they could not locate them. We searched our car and her luggage and no sandals. She knew exactly where she had left them. I feel that someone was dishonest and kept her sandals.
