Weekend Stay In Boise

Room was clean, staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. As a gluten free/dairy free person - there was plenty for me to eat. There was even almond milk in the fridge - first time I've ever seen that. Thank you! It was move-in weekend for Boise State and they had the lobby festive with orange & blue. We weren't there for that, but it was cool to see them decked out for it. Also great location for running in the mornings on the greenway.

Decent place

There were some stains on headboard and in bathroom that could’ve been coffee splashes. One headboard was so and/or had sun damage that it was peeling. Toilet was so low it reminded me of elementary school. However, the staff was wonderful and the breakfast buffett was delicious. Safe place to stay and park. Wonderful Mexican restaurant next door with great food and customer service.

Have always liked this hotel but it needs some attention. Elevators were dirty and needed cleaning. Room had dirty tub by drain and bath has on the wall lotion dispensers that work but this time body lotion was very watered down and unusable, which we mentioned but they didnt fix.

Be aware that this Holiday Inn Express, unlike the others we stayed at on our trip, charges a $15 per night property fee, and will charge you separately from Orbitz. It showed up on our credit card. Be sure to read your Orbitz reservation fees carefully as we should have.

Amazing restaurant across the way. Just a typical hotel made great by the staff. Nicest people you could find and helped me out with leaving a vehicle there for a couple of weeks. The rate for leaving a vehicle was also great.
