I have stayed here in the past but it was a comedy of errors this time around. 1) went to the breakfast at 9 AM, twice, and there was no food. I mean there was nothing in trays. This happened both times. 2) The Room wasn't cleaned on one of the days that we asked for it to be. 3) The staff somehow checked us out a day early. Fortunately for us we went to complain about bullet 2 and were notified about it. My stay was extended to the proper length but now my credit statement shows odd charges; I hope it all gets resolved without my involvement. I will be keeping a close eye on my statement for the next couple days because of this. What a complete hassle.

We have stayed at the Boise Airport Holiday Inn Express several times over the past couple of years. This stay was less than spectacular.The food on the breakfast buffet was cold...even the next morning after bringing it to the attention of the desk. Hot water for tea was lukewarm. The a/c in the room was so loud it affected our sleep. Very disappointed.
