The heat and Cool thermostat didn't work for us. It says "cool" but kept going back to heating the room? I think it might be programmed to what the hotel wanted for a room temp to save some $??? Anyway - that was frustrating. Nice bed and property though. Really NICE Staff. Thoughtful and very pleasant.

Downtown Gem
We loved this place, will definately stay again! New, clean, upscale, friendly staff, central location. Good food at the bar, didn't eat in the restaurant. My one and only complaint if I absolutely have to make one would be lack of storage in the room. There's no dresser/drawers and the closet is not full length which made it difficult to hang clothes and keep them from wrinkling.

The best hotel in Boise. The finish work in the rooms is exceptional. I’ve stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels and The Renegade has details that match or exceed many of those. The beds and pillows are wonderfully comfortable, the hairdryer robust and the shower amazing. The only two criticisms I have are that it took an unusually long time for the water to heat up and the restaurants lack vegan options so dining on property is limited. Despite those things, We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely unique rooms. Copper tub was perfect! The sheets could use a little more fabric softener, but otherwise the bed very comfortable. Excellent dining, atmosphere, and customer service. Valet parking needs to work on security. Our Dennis Dillon rental car license plate was stolen, and we did not get a refund for the valet parking.

Wonderful
This is a fantastic hotel. Went on a weekend just get out of town and explore trip and plan to make that a 3 - 4 times a year trip and will be returning. Given the Beautiful layout, cleanliness across the board, easy valet (text and by the time you get downsrairs already waiting and warm), happy and courteous staff, plus wonderful cocktail bar and supper club along with countless other amenities made everything better than expected. A simpler and nice break from a bnb stay for that impluse trip. Also, lastly thanks to the hotel and app for nothing deceiving about the hotel or pictures as you get as good or better. P.S. Sorry it took so long to post a review, but life happens and staying here for a weekend made that part a little less stressful and a little more enjoyable. Regards, Reece

My car was broken into while parked in the Valet area. I received a phone call at 3am requesting that I come down to the parking lot and speak with the police. Made for a long, delayed Monday morning and I missed several meetings and was exhausted because of it.
