The desk chair was broken. Had the wall not been there, I would have fallen. The bathroom toilet got plugged and all the front desk did was bring up a plunger. Although the breakfast food was good, there were no drinking glasses and we had to hunt for plates.

Don’t waste your money!

Hotel was advertised with a bistro and a bar. Bistro does not exist bar had beer, limited, limited wine in a can, pre-mixed cocktails in a can. Staff not very friendly hard to get any eye contact made although room was clean and comfortable not much interaction with housekeeping staff the girls at the front desk at the Hyatt Regency could get lessons from the best Western staff in Blackfoot, who were much friendlier and outgoing, having worked in the hospitality business. If I managed the front end of the Hyatt, there would’ve been some unemployed people.
