40th Wedding Anniversary
Beautiful, centrally-located in downtown Boise, ID. My wife and I stayed there as the first night of our 40th wedding anniversary trip, and it was a great way to get started. Very comfortable, the staff were all fantastic, and we loved the Basque-themed room (I mean, who doesn't want a sheep above the headboard?).

Terrible Experience with the 500
Terrible hotel… do not recommend to any travelers. If you have been on the road all day and just want to rest, be ready to spend a half a a hour just trying to get through construction, the impassable entry, no parking whatsoever with signs everywhere that warn hotel patrons not to park there, then waiting for someone to greet you. We parked in the middle of the road to go find hotel staff surfing the internet with no interest in checking us in. There are plenty of other options in Boise… avoid this one.

Excellent staff and property. Had a coffee maker that was not working, but changed out quickly. Staff was excellent. Room service was very good. Shower gel was empty and not refilled, my only complaint.
