Sleepless in W. Boise. We were placed in room #146. It is right at the electronic key lock back entrance to the hotel. It makes a loud latch click..., klunk noise just before the door slams shut after being used. It woke me up at 2:30AM after all the bar flys called it a night and I spent the rest of the morning trying to get back to sleep. Just as I was about to dose off, Click, Klunk...., SLAM!!

While this hotel was apparently under construction, this was one of the most vile places ive ever stayed. My wife pulled a wad of pubic hair from the bathtub, the bathtub had black mold as well. Manager wouldnt help, we stayed somewhere else. Worst experience ever

The shower I did not work in our room as well as we were talking to other people stay in there and their shower did not work. You need to get the showers fixed and the front desk people should've explained that to us if you were having a problem with showers at your facility, but on the other hand, the hot tub was amazing

The hotel bathroom was disgustingly dirty. There was mold in the corners and on the soap shelf and dirt in the bottom of the tub and water spots all over all of the faucets. It was very disgusting I will never stay at a La Quinta again

My husband and I stayed 4 nights at this property. There was a notice in the room stating that if you stayed more than 1 night, sheets and towels would only be changed every 3 days to save water. Not a deal breaker, but we didn't expect to not have any service to our room at all during our stay. We had to make our own bed and none of the rooms amenities were restocked (soap, etc). We had to resort to robbing a housekeeping cart to get additional toilet paper. Room was clean , but we were not impressed at all with the guest services.
