Just ok

Hotel was very clean. Bed was waaaaay too hard. The thing that blew it for me was there is only one bedside lamp. So if your both readers before bed forget it. It has a kitchenette but NO dishes or pans???? Sorry I don’t travel with my own pans. Bed was very hard.

Check in was extremely slow. It took at least 30 minutes with 2 people in line in front of me. The clerk didn’t seem happy with her job at all. At 6:00 the next morning the coffee pots in the lobby were all empty. There was yelling in the hallway at midnight.

We were on a road trip and was pleasantly surprised by the price point for this relatively new hotel. The room is kept clean. The gal who checked us in was very friendly even though she had someone on hold, another customer waiting, and someone who spilled their drink on the way into the hotel.

Great stay

We spent one night at this hotel and we would definitely stay again. The room was a nice size with a full refrigerator, a two burner stove, microwave and full size coffee pot. We did not need those amenities but for someone who is staying longer it would be great. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. I would recommend this hotel to others!

Frustrated

Originally booked mobile access room but needed to change departure date by from the 5th to the 4 but It wouldn’t let me keep the same room so opted for hearing accessible room as it listed handicap bathroom …it did NOT have HC BR. I was in so much pain I just wanted to lay down so I did not contact front desk about this. Ice machine was not turned on and we waited 1 1/2 hrs for machine to make ice and finally called front desk and a very nice person brought us ice. When we had called before they just said they didn’t have any other ice machines to get ice from. The room was very clean and bed was comfy. HC parking was not convenient and twice we encountered pick up trucks backed in to regular parking spot next to ours with the trucks backend over the sidewalk and we couldn’t get wheelchair around them.

I liked the room with its kitchenette and that you could get a breakfast delivered to the room for a reasonable price. The water in that area has a sulfer smell, which was not pleasant.
