Nice people, but they overcharged me. They didn’t give my full deposit back, and the people working the front desk don’t know how to use the system so I didn’t get checked in properly, and the man couldn’t check me out when I left because he didn’t know how. They charged me an extra 45$ I’m not sure why!! Since they don’t know how to use the system when you call they say the manager will look at it when they get it but they won’t call you back to give you an update.

Everyone was very nice and they do seem like they are under construction so maybe that has something to do with it, but before we stayed I read reviews and they were similar to my experience. I was hoping they were exaggerating but they weren’t…. The room smelled very chemically And burned my lungs, there were shoe prints on the walls, the headboard was sticky and so were a lot of other things. We had a concert to get to and didn’t want to make a fuss because the bed itself looked clean and we just needed a place to sleep afterwards so we just let it go. I changed my mind when I discovered a pair of underwear that were not ours in the bathroom behind the toilet when I was gathering my things. They almost looked like they had been stashed there so I’m not sure if it was drugs or just something gross but they were not hard to miss especially if you actually cleaned. The people are nice but idk that’s the staff is being as thorough as they should be. I think if they could get the rooms clean and everything that it would be a fine place to stay because the people were very nice and there’s a maverick right in front of it and it’s really not far from the ford center.

The property did not cost much to stay there however, it was very noisy as I could hear everything going on upstairs. The room also smelled a little funny from the air conditioner, so that was disconcerting.
