Considering the modest price, it was okay. It was clean, but worn. The staff was polite and efficient, but not very congenial. The bed was very comfy, but I will look for someplace else the next time I need to stay in Boise.

Booked for indoor pool and Spa. Spa has been broken for months no eta when it will be repaired, Room had 2 entrances which was odd. Doors hard to close all the way, weird employees, Not a great deal at all! Lowlife people hanging outside the entrance all weekend!

AVOID! Tried to check in, the key wouldn’t unlock the door even though staff had known of the problem for days. We were given another room. But the bathroom had not been cleaned and there was a big turd in the toilet. Were given a third room but it didn’t have the king bed that I had paid for. Front desk was very nice but this place is a run down hovel that needs paint and maintenance

Not a good experience, had to wait for the manager to stop talking to staff to check us in. Front desk did not even put their cell phone down long enough to check us out. AC did not work, floors were nasty with stains all over, stairs were not vacuumed, holes in the blankets.
