Super impressed by this space and the front desk staff, Nick, was extremely kind and helpful when checking in. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We were just passing thru on a cross country road trip & I’m so happy this was one of our stops.

This is a great, accomodating hotel. Small shopping area placed in a really cute hotel allows you to groom, have dinner a drink and snack and charge it all to your room! Cute breakfast kitchen. Nice folks!

Very loud and tub a little scary….

Rim 406 on the byway side of the hotel. This was the LOUDEST nights stay I have ever experienced by far! Not sure what the issue is but it sounded like the window was open. I know they are aware this is an issue because there were two complimentary packages of earplugs on the night stand when we walked in! Also- the tub felt very unstable- felt like I was going to fall through the bottom of the tub. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean but not much sleep was possible due to the road noise.

Hotel 28 has been our hotel of choice for the last 5 years every time we go to Boise. The staff is amazing!!! They have always gone above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic especially when we have a large party of 16 people! We will continue to book with them in the future. It is close to the airport and local to every place we need to go. Definitely recommend staying here you won't regret it!
