You get what you pay for. And even that cost way to much. Even then, everything within the room is so generic, that you know every piece of furniture and and amenity is the cheapest possible corporate purchased item to be used within any 'modern' hotel these days. None of them are different. The only difference is a name. And even that doesn't mean much, as all of these hotel chains are obviously owned by the same parent company. There is nothing special here. Yet, I got to do something I've always wanted to do. Call the hotels IT support. I connect my mobile device without an issue, but the laptop, running a flavor of Arch Linux, refused to connect. So I get on the phone with IT support, and they are completely confused as to how my mobile device is connected to the network, but my laptop wasn't. The reasoning? They couldn't 'ping' the network. Which was odd, as both my laptop and mobile device had an active IP Address. They didn't help at all & told me they would open up a support ticket to 'reboot' the network. I guess that's Tier 1 hotel network support for you. Yet another one of 'corporates' decisions to spend the least amount on anything these days. I kind of felt bad for the 'IT Support' person though, as I've been in their shoes. It's just sad this support team is so under paid and under staffed. I did get a continental breakfast here, compared to the 'My Place' hotel from within the same area. This is fine!!!

Property smells of mildew and it’s even worse in the rooms. The door stuck on the door jam and you had to push or pull it open/closed. Could hear other doors with the same problem all throughout the night. The bathroom fan was broken, and the shower door had a large 4-6 inch gap at the bottom that allowed water to splash out, which may have added to the mildew smell in the room. I should also note, that one of us is extremely allergic to mold, so the mildew smell was very concerning. Running the A/C only made the smell worse and the unit was louder than the freeway noise when the window was open. Property would not allow us to fully check out early, nor provide a refund for the unused days. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
