My room was clean and neat. Breakfast was wonderful. The air in my room didn't work very well so it was a little stuffy, but the temperature was okay. Overall it was good and was a pleasant stay for the night I was there.
There was no light in the stairway entrance, the tv remote was taped together and the back door doesn't lock, anyone could come and go at anytime. We did not feel safe. We were given a coffee maker when we asked and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly.
Basic hotel, but the room was clean, the bed comfortable. The breakfast was standard cereal, fruit, waffles etc. Would have liked to see some diabetic fruendly ootions. The staff were nice. For an overnight stay it suited the needs well.
Saw quite a few spider webs when we arrived to our room, but over all a great experience

The water was hot the a/c worked the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable enough to fall asleep on after a long drive. The chairs in the room were worn out but didn’t break when used.
Left shortly after checking in, we did not stay.... it was dirty, smelly, run down, electrical didnt work. It was awful, very poor quality. Front desk was not helpful. They refused to contact the on call manager to help me. Do not book here....ever.
Our room smelled like someone was smoking in it. We went to let the staff know. They came and looked and asked if wanted it sprayed with deordorizer. Told him no thanks we will just air it out with window. The hotel did have any extra towels to spare
The nan at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The overall room and inside is worn looking but ver clean. The mattress was springy. The breakfast had the basics, but i would like to see some diabetic offerings and water. The pool was a good size, the water clear but the towel shelves and window sills were dirty.

I didnt get back in time so they bagged up all my stuff, and I had missing medications that I need! missing. I also had a beard trimmer missing.
I checked in, and to my room. I went back to the front and checked out. The fact that they charged me 324, for an room that had so many burn holes in the curtains, sheets and bedding that it felt incredibly dirty. I would have probably endured it, except for the mold growing up the bathroom wall. The mold was a deal breaker for me. I paid 274 up front, today they charged my credit card 50 more dollars. Hotels.com reached out to the hotel the same day and they would not refund me for the booking. Instead they asked that we reach out to management the next day. I will attempt to handle this courteously with the hotel. If it’s not resolved by refunding me for the full booking and the 50 extra dollars they took from my account I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. If the management is not willing to provide clean curtains and sheets for guests that are paying 150 or more a night, then they are not doing the minimum required to maintain there rooms for occupancy.
Stayed in room 105 (handicap). The bathroom sink would not drain, filled up with water and took long time to go away. The air conditioner was very noisy, finally had to turn it off to get some sleep!
Noisy air conditioners are the worse think you can have in a motel room!
